Its a few patches behind now, but last I checked its basic features still worked! There was also an old and very limited save editor, called EternityKeeper, which at the very least allowed you to edit the attribute totals of your characters. Unless thats changed with recent patches. You can bypass that effect on some commands by using the IEmod, which wont disable your achievements.
